Unfortunately, no we don’t! We are an online business only.

I want to see the work and feel the fabric before I purchase it. Is this possible?

Yes, of course! Purchase what you would like and if you don’t like what you see just drop us a message and we would be happy to accommodate you for a full refund or exchange. Do refer to our Return and Exchange Policy on how to go about it.

Where do you get these pieces from?

All pieces are procured from India.

Why are your prices so high?

Our pieces are hand-embroidered by extremely skilled artisans who have perfect command on their craft. Add the “import” factor with our ever declining currency and import costs and there you have it. Each piece is perfection; the intricacy is mesmerizing.

Can you customize a piece for me or arrange it in order?

Unfortunately no. We are unable to procure sold out pieces or customize since each piece takes about 3 months of hard work to get ready and we have no control over the manufacturing process.

Do you have a stitching facility?

We don’t have an in-house stitching service however sometimes we can offer this service only for overseas clients. Kindly get in touch with us prior to placing your order.

On that note how do overseas clients place an order?

So while all Pakistani clients can avail free cash on delivery, if an overseas client wishes to have their goods delivered for cash on delivery to relatives or friends we would be happy to facilitate that. Payment through Western Union is also possible and delivery charges will be adjusted if international delivery is required.
